Hi, I’m Léa!

I’m an illustrator, a Storyboard artist on animation feature films, and an Animation Filmmaker based in Paris.

I’m inspired by cinema, nature, animation, vintage books, museums, music, my cat Obi-Wan, and my daily walks around my community park.

I grew up between Paris, the city of light, and the coast of the North Sea in England. I've always been a creative kid, maybe a little distracted at school, but always curious about the world surrounding me, and I'm glad that I kept that trait into adulthood.

Through my illustrations, I want kids to discover their own curiosity, empathy, and open-mindedness. Growing up as a 2nd generation of immigrant in a very multicultural city, it's important for me to create works of diversity, equality, and inclusion.

I love drawing in my free time (obviously), but when I put my pencils and crayons down, I love doing crafts, knitting, and making cute things with my hands. I work as an in-house full-time Storyboard Artist on an animation feature film during the day, so I also spend a lot of time thinking about cinematography, acting, and composition.
